Powerfulsleep System by Kacper M. Postawski? Powerfulsleep... Are you tired of waking up feeling dead tired, drained, and worn out? You know, when you run a fitness site, have a full time job, and run DB... along with writing articles, finding the best resources to bring to your members, write a book on bodybuilding, talk with other fitness sites to partner up on joint ventures and run a newsletter, there's just not enough time to sleep 8 hours. But you also don't want to "not" sleep and crash. So how to the guys like Tony Robbins, Tom Venuto, Kacper and myself only live on about 5-6 hours of sleep and yet we are just fine in the A.M. Need no coffee to get rolling and can even workout when we wake up? Pretty simple once you understand why you sleep, how you sleep and how you can adjust your sleep habits for more energy. I thought like most people. I'm tired. I go to sleep. I hear the alarm clock and I hit snooze. Then I get up, eat, and grab some coffee. I get tired by 2pm and wish I could nap but my boss would have my head. After reading this book, I finally figured out why sleeping in on the weekends was actually bad. Today (Sunday) I slept in till 8 A.M. and I feel worse now at 9:30 P.M. then I do on days when I'm out of bed doing my cardio coach workouts at 6 A.M. What gives? It's all about sleep and how it works. Anyway, this 2 chapter excerp from Powerfulsleep is a great read. I printed it out, and read it at dinner and that was all I needed to convince myself.
