Basically its pudding that we can eat! Tastes just like normal pudding too! 1 box of fat-free sugar-free pudding 2 scoops of protein powder 2 cups of skim milk (whatever the box says) Mix it all up and refrigerate. It has like 530 calories, and like 60g of protein.

i started doing something similar to this. cottage cheese natty pb milk jello splenda blend it all up and then refrigerate. looks like pudding and all i taste is the natty pb
