Power Cleans are an overall shoulder builder but they also work lower and middle back, traps, arms quads, Ham, glutes and just about every onther muscle in the body... Great strength building exercise..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

They help create explosive power for sports, especially football.

Yeah doing a power clean pretty much helps your body learn to explode off the ball, onto the puck, w.e

I play hockey and doing power cleans have seriously helped me explode or accelerate faster and quicker. It's good for all of your body. When i do it i exaggerate the motion as much as possible to get the most out of it.

I play hockey too. What other kind of stuff do you do?

I do a sh*t ton of squats and really focus on core strength and shoulders. Lots of cardio and plyos too.
