Potato Debate

Hey Fellow BB, Just a quick question about Potatos. For bulking, would you guys recommend Sweet Potatos or Normal Potatoes. A lot of people say sweet potato because its LOW GI, but the Juice Freaks in most magazines just a state they eat normal potatoes. Whats the best way to eact it? baked, mash etc? Any feedback would be great.

Going to have to agree that both are fine when you are actually bulking. I like sweet potatoes but they are hard to find where I am at.

You certainly can have no issues on both if you're bulking. It's your preference I guess which you want to eat. Both will be beneficial for your goal.
