Post workout drink - Monday, May 24, 2004 8:47 PM
Anyone have a favorite post-workout drink? Seems to me that back in the late 80's there were many after workout drinks out there. Don't see so many now. Everyone just using Gatorade?
One I remember that was actually good was an "Amino Blast". Don't really know if it worked, but I always spent my $2.00 on it at the gym.
