im looking for more easy meal ideas...some of my favorites include Gortons frozen fish fillets with a sweet potato and steamed veggies for an easy lunch....tuna/chicken melts made with one toasted slice of Ezekiel 4:9 bread, topped with tuna mixed with mustard or condiment of your choice with some chopped carrots/celery, topped with half a slice of fat free cheese, popped in the microwave for a few secs to melt the cheese; usually eaten with some broccoli or green beans..............any body else have some favs they wana share??
