Hey ya'll i'm looking into getting some carbo gain to replace my gatorade (carbs) for post workout.  Carbo Gain is 100% maltodextin so should i or do i need to get some dextrose also?  Thanks.

interested as well? i have a huge jug of this stuff because i was told to take this with my creatine mono and i just dont know if i should?

Carbohydrates: 0.8-1.0 g/kg of bodyweight

It is recommended that the carbohydrates be a 50/50 blend of dextrose (glucose) and maltodextrin.

40-60g of waximaize immediately after last rep.
Skip the other carb sources and get waximaize. It has a higher weight and will be absorbed quicker, which is the main point of the product. It will fill your muscles with water and the nutrients you add to the WM. You will feel your muscles swell and recovery take place. Be careful not to add everything to it, or it will slow down the process. Only mix creatine, bcaa with it. Protein shake 20 minutes later.
You will thank me later.

It doesn't matter, but I think the fruit punch is better. You fill your mixer cup up with about as much water as you filled it up with carbs. You don't sit and drink this thing, you chug it right down.

By the way carbo slam works, i will do fine, but waximaize is a better product.

I take about 1 and 1/2 scoops post.
Never heard of anyone loading it all day. Really the only options are to take it pre, intra and post.
Pre- more energy during lifts
Intra- recovery, more energy
Post- Quicker to recover until next lifting day. Remember you dont grow when you lift, you grow during recovery.

I have heard success stories about pre and post combined(Immediately). I don't personally do that because I like to take NO or protein pre lifting and that would slow down the WM thus defeating the purpose of the product.

what about vitargo or kwickarb? have you guys tried these? are they better than waximaize?

kwik karb is a waxymaize so it is good. The quality of the ingrediants is not ass good as from an IDS, but still good.
Virtago, I think that has a lot more in it than carbs. I have never used it or read up on it, but that is what i remember hearing. Just look at the label, does it have dextrose? If it does odds are it doesn't have waxiaize in it.

so i took your advise on the waximaize i used it today def absorbs quikly seems good so far but man does this stuff taste like crap!
