Glutamine immediately after the workout, Protein Shake an hour after and twice during the day, CLA, and a multiple vitamin. Peace

Mass Recovery by ABB right after my workout... followed by a solid meal about an hour later. Do a search on the ABB products... the grape kicks @#$. Also, I have tried Surge by Biotest... that's good as well, but it doesn't taste as good as the Mass Recovery. I believe it's the cheapest off of Testosterone.net.

Animal Nitro right before and right after my workout, then about 30-40 minutes later AnimalMax protein shake with some extra glutamine and some Flaxseed oil, then AnimalPak.

My PWO meal is a shake of 44gr whey, 60 gr of carbs (50% of carb calories come from maltodextron (complex carb) and 50% from dextrin (simple carb), 5gr glutimine mixed with 30 oz water. I drink half with a scoop of creatine right after working out. Then sip the remainder over the next 30-45 minutes. An hour later I have my last meal for the day of peanut butter, non-fat cottage cheese, low carb milk and whey protien as a shake. I actually make it about 30 oz. total and save about 10 oz to drink in the middle of the nite so I do not go all nite without some protien.

right now i'm doing whey and gatorade in water. in january i'm gonna try doing some grinded oats instead of the gatorade. i've already done pure dextrose and then maltodextrin and they all did their job, so is the gatorade. just want to experience it for myself.
