Post cycle test levels

My question is fairly simple. I have been considering supplementing a stack of 19Nor (19-Norandrostenedione) and 4-diol (4-androstenediol). I've done quite a little bit of research, but am left wondering something... I know the gains can be substantial during use of the PH, but Post cycle, since your test levels are lower, what's to stop you from just losing the gains?

Proper post cycle protocol. Eat more. Use 6-oxo to bring back test levels asap. Consume more EFAs and especially Flax oil. Cut back on the volume of your workouts, though train heavy. Do not train to failure. You likely will lose some of your gains, but withing 2-4 weeks after, can have them back if done correctly. P.S. I had no gains from 19-Nor.

Thanks for the reply, Twin Peak. Let me ask you, in your personal experience, what worked for you? I was looking for best results with no conversion to DHT, no aromatisation, and obviously not an estrogen agonist. Any information you could offer would be most helpful. Thanks in advance. ^.~
