My current routine is :
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs/Abs
Wednesday - Chest
Thursday - Back/Bi
Friday - Shoulders

Is my 2 chestdays too close together ? Any other chnage of overtraing on above routine ?

Age 30 - 84Kg/185lbs
BF - 18.5
Supplements : 100% pure Whey,Opti-Vit, L-Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate ,Flax seed oil,CLA,BCAA's.

Bench - 75kg/165lbs
Squat - 100kg/220lbs
Deadlifts - 85kg/187lbs - Just started doing them !


Size does matter,Eat or be eaten !!!!

eh...  here's the layout i used to do for isolation splits

sunday = chest/bicep
monday = shoulder/tricep
tuesday = legs
wednesday =back/abs
thursday = bicep/shoulders
friday = chest/whatever else you want

sat/sun = off/recovery


your routine looks pretty good, of course I vote to do more leg workouts.  you'll see better gains by working your largest muscles more often.
