Does anyone know how to increase blood circulation. I read some articles saying that people with poor blood circulation will tend to have cold hands and feet throughout the day, and I experience this among other symptoms. Any tips will be very appreciated.

Im just going to state the obvious here.... keep warm. Keep moving. Unfortunately youre just one of those individuals who has poor circulation. Not too much you can do apart from trying to keep warm and moving. wriggle them every so often, pick your nose if you need something to do.

I did my homework and I came to the conclusion that poor circulation isn't something that I have to deal with... Aerobic exercise and proper diet can cure this problem very fast. I don't drink or smoke, but to be honest I usually always skipped any type of cardio after my workouts. I will have to say that I am very disappointed that two moderators respond to my situation without knowing anything about this. I almost accepted that it was something I was going to have to deal with until I talked to a doctor. I have been running a mile everyday for a few days now and my symptoms are almost nonexistent.
