Hi,i just bought a new stack and I'd like to the know the perfect doze to add muscle. My stack is:

Optimum 100% whey protein
Animal pak multi vitamins
High power Micronized creatine
High power Glutamine
Optimum BCAA tabs

Appreciate your quick replies as I need to start my course.

X, there is no secret formula there.  I would go with what the products recomend.

It depends on the time that you are working out.

creatine before and after work-out

glutamine before bed and after work-out.

protein after work-out ( 1/2 hr after the creatine)

protein between lunch and dinner

multi's any time during the day, but keep the same time each day.

You said nothing about your diet. You won't get any results unless you are eating right.

The only thing you need to add to your diet would be whey protein for shakes before/after workouts.

like caffeine addict said, if your diet is not in check, you're wasting your money.  Make sure your diet is on, then worry about supps.

I agree, if you have just started, don't take any supps until your diet is right. Your body will get gains from the change in your lifestyle. Then after you plateu then start some supps.
