Hey guys let me give you the specs. I have spent hours reading these posts and have a bit of a better understanding but I am still lost. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm 26 5ft 11 and a slim 155lbs. I started at the gym about a month ago. I have been taking weight gain but Im not seeing the muscle mass that I thought I would be getting. I go to the gym 5 days a wk and stay for about 1 1/2. I guess what I am asking is what can I take to bulk up? Where do I purchase it and how do I go about taking it? Any information that could help out this novice would be a huge help. I just don't want to have my time spent in the gym be a waste when I could be using something that would show that I actually work out.
Thanks for your time

Ok so I spent some more time researching and it looks like Im going to go with the 1 AD stacked with 4 AD for for weeks then take the 6oxo after the cyle. Just a couple more questions.
1. Where can I purchase these?
2. What kind of amount do I need?
3. Can I get one pill that has both the 1 AD and 4 AD or do I need to take them individualy?
4. Is that the actual name of the product that I'm looking for 1 AD and 4 AD?

I think thats about it. Again any info would be a big help.

1. Supplements101 (at least the 1-AD) You can get the 4-AD at other online stores. 4-AD just won't be shipped to anybody in CA last I heard.

2. Whatever it says on the bottle. Usually 3 pills; 3x a day or something. Stick with the directions.

3. Individually

4. 1-AD is the actual name of the Ergopharm product. 4-AD was by AST and I'm sure there are plenty of others who have that and similar names.

Ok thanks. What are some other good online stores. Aslo how long should you use these products. I don't mean as a cycle I mean in general. I know you should only use it for a certain time then take some time off but do you just keep repeating the process?

Don't bother with prohormones yet.
Dude, this stuff takes time- With PH's or not, no one sees results as fast as they'd like- And besides, if you go to pro-hormones right off the bat, what are you going to try when you're not happy with those results?
When you first start out, it takes three or four months before you really start to notice differences. Of course, the number one source of gains is your nutrition- If you're not eating like an animal, taking supps like an animal is pointless. How is your diet? What's your caloric intake compared to your expenditure? If you don't have this stuff down, you're researching in the wrong place, you should be in the nutrition forum.
When you first start out, you'll go through the beginner gains too- Leaps and bounds of strength and size, provided you're eating, training and resting right. Why not let your body do this by itself? Then, once the beginner gains slow down and you can tell how much you're getting out of your training, diet, etc- Take the pro-hormones. That way, you'll have some sort of idea about how much they actually do for you. If you start off with pro-hormones, you'll still go through a beginner's gain period, and when it slacks off, you'll most likely be unhappy with the results, and you'll be looking for another quick fix. Patience plays a huge part in this game, keep that in mind.

I agree with cpl. You've only been training for a month and already your jumping into pro-hormones? Give yourself at least a full bulking cycle before you determine if you really want it or not. What is your diet and training split like?

You should train hard for 2 years before even touching prohormones.

I suggest you research the site a little more before making a decision as drastic as this. I know I have posted a few times on the subject and mda1125, nickflnj, and cpl have also had much to say as well. The problem is that the same thing is being addressed every single time. Do yourself a favor by performing the research over the ENTIRE site and compare what you read to what your routine is like. If you are doing something wrong, fix it first. I would also suggest you try looking at the online journals. You might find a program in there that would be of great benefit (insert shameless plug here). Knowledge is not only power, but a good way to keep yourself from making a destructive choice.

Thanks for all the advice. Now that I think it over and read everyones advice I agree. Last year I trained for 3 months and was happy with the results up to that point but my new work hrs didn't enable me to continue the workout. Now I have a new job and want to get back into it I just wanted to progress a bit faster than the previous time. I workout monday-friday. Mon-I do tris and bis, tues - legs, wed- chest, thurs-shoulders and back and fri I do a little bit of everything. Im usualy in the gym about 1 1/2. As for diet I eat as much as possible. I take a whey protein shake right after my work out and I drink as much water as I can handle through out the day. Well that about raps it up.

Try switching your Thursday and Friday workout around. The shoulders will take a hit on Wednesday when you do Chest, so you might wanna do back thursday and shoulders friday.
