Hi, I recently joined this forum, and had some questions about my current stack and prices... The stack im on now is No-Xplode Nitrix Cell Mass and taking also: ON's 100% Whey Protein So Far this stack is working wonders for me, but I was thinking about a cheaper deal on the Cell Mass... is there any other creatine that will do the job as good or better then cell mass is?? It's expensive. Along with the Nitrix is VERY expensive to only last like 20 some odd days... what can I take instead?? I do not own a money tree in my backyard. Thanks, x32176x35984

go and buy xceed by designer supplements. its about $30-$40 and you get 50 servings from it, it mixes well and tastes great. it has 3g of creatine ethyl ester and has nitric oxide boosting properties. if you go and buy xceed, you can remove no-xplode and nitrix from your stack, because xceed does that and more. as far as replacing the cell mass, you could replace it with cytogainer by the makers of muscle milk. it has 3g creatine per serving and 54g of protein. personally i would splitr the serving into halves for cytogainer. the serving size is 4 scoops, but i would use 2 scoops pre and 2 scoops post workout.

And Muscle Milk is another type of protein... correct? or no? Would you reccomend changing the ON's 100% Whey with Muscle Milk?... and the Xceed, what exactly does it do, and how does it to the same as Nitrix and NO-Xplode combined? Thanks for all of your help!

Xceed has the creatine you need, and also promotes nitric oxide, which is the function of Nitrix. Also, Xceed is recommended to be taken after your work out as well, and if you combine it w/ an after-workout protein shake, you've basically replaced the Cellmass. Muscle Milk is great but I wouldn't necesarily recommend replacing your current protein w/ it. MM is high in sugars and fat. A lot of ppl take MM before bed bc it has caesin which breaks down slower during sleep. Cytosport also makes Evopro (which is the protein in MM) and it contains less fat and less sugar w/ a higher caesin content, so I recently decided to use it instead of MM. If you're looking for taste and aren't too worried about the added sugar and fat, MM is definitely the way to go. Otherwise, another protein could be better for you.

Have you guys used ultra peptide? Best tasting casien blend out there(minus the fats). If you blend it with PB you got a reeses! It doesnt have a big price tag either about $20 if im not mistaken.

Thanks for all the info all... So what your saying is take out the NO-Xplode and Nitrix and put in Xceed... and stick on the current Protein im on which is ON's 100% Whey Gold. And then I wont need to do anything about the creatine? just get Cell Mass outta there?

Thank you all... But still its really not that clear to me why i'd take out the Cell Mass? or just add a cheaper creatine? Is it because the Xceed already has the creatine i need in it? Thankyou.

Yeah I was on or am acutally going to finish the tubs that I have left on my Nitrix, No-Xplode, and Cell Mass... I was on the BSN stack, not the full think though, I think im missing like 2 supplements in there... But others on this forum (thankyou for your help) reccomended dropping No-Xplode, and Nitrix, and replace is with Xceed... But what I was wondering if im only going to be on Nitrix and Protein... does the Xceed have enough creatine in it, or is there a different "cheap" kind that works? Thanks, x32176x35984
