Hi all, I would really appreciate your opinions. I am somewhat new to actually working out hard. I am 6'0 210lbs. I have muscle but it is hidden buy some fat. I am big in stature and have a really good body to gain some good muscle mass. However, I would like to be lean and ripped. I can accept the fact that I will never be a lean ripped v-shaped body kind of guy, but I would just like to get the best I can. I am very motivated to work hard to get the body I am looking for but need some advise. Any suggestions on what to do? Specific workouts? I am willing to do anything, but I would prefer not to run. I am fine with the elliptical. Any supplements I should take? I have been trying Nano Vapor and it seems to work a little, but not that much. I was considering taking muscle milk light, but am concerned about gaining weight on it. I guess I just need to know what to do and take. If someone could give me something like (EXAMPLE)--- "Work out 3x a week, rotating every other day. Take xxxxxx before workout and drink xxxxx protien shake after workouts." Anything like that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time. -Greg-

Hey Greg- First of all welcome to the forum. You ask so many questions in your thread and it's pretty hard answering them. The reason being is that every person is different and you need to customize your workouts and diet to tailor your specific needs. 6'0" @ 210 doesn't soudnd too bad but you can be really fit at that height and weight or really fat...it again depends on what your diet and exercise habits are. If you'd like to get rid of the fat your diet will play a HUGE role, lifting helps shed pounds (muscle burns more calories at rest then does fat) and you should incorporate some sort of cardio exercise into your workout. It doesn't have to be running, it could be swimming, or the elliptical or whatever gets your heart rate up. I'd look around the various threads to see what workouts people are doing and their results. Results will vary but you'll gain insight into various routines things that you can try. If you're new to working out you might have to do a little bit of this and that until you get a feel for the various exercises and how you can get to your goals by using them. Good luck!
