I Join my school wrestling  team we be working out for already a month I mean me. but now my chest is staring to hurt alot it all begin Tuesday my chest hurt like **** I fell like ****.. idk what happen

we run for 45 minutes
sit ups  80
mountain climbers  45
puch ups  75

I do everything all right except for mountain climbers I get to tired and I can't not do it.

every day




today we face a team and like I survive for like 4:01 I got pin in 1.06 seconds


my chest got red dots i couldn't breath idk why could someone please help me out with my problem

okay I weight 147.04
body fat percent 20.5  Is this bad or regular I seen other people on my team and trust me is worst like 67% body fat


I am eating vegetables and fruits I use to wait 160 and I am relly
okay for my type of body how long well it take to have a average body with 3 packs or 6

please tell me about my chest problems thanks

lol 67% is not even possible i dont think unless ur like the worlds fattest man. where did u get ur fat tested? because the scale for my wrestling team said i have 3% which is not even close, i have around 12-13%. those can be very far off. also to really see ur abs u usually have to be below 10%

lol I not 67% fat lmao
someone in my team is he overweight


my body fat percent is 24.5%
