Please help I'm confused

Basicly I use to work out about 5 years ago and when I was working out I was growing really fast and getting excellent results. However 5 years ago (I'm 23 now) I was at home with mom and dad and wasn't stuck in college all kinds of hours and working lots to pay for it. Also 5 years ago my workout partner used steriods and I was unaware of it and was pushing myself to grow as fast as him. Now I don't have either of those working for me. I have such little time I bought a bowflex I know alot of people on here don't like them and say they are a waste of money. I haven't formed my opinion yet, I mean it logically does the same thing as weight. Either way my real problem is that I don't think I"m eating right. I'm trying to diet I even started following a diet on here. I weigh 150lbs I"m 5'5 - 5'6" and if I measured my body fat correctly I"m approx 20% body fat. I dont' have time in the day to eat 5 meals, I have a hard time getting in 3. I also think that during these 3 I'm so focused on getting my body fat down that maybe I'm not taking in enough to grow from my workout as well. Is it possible do get cut and big at the same time? or Should I just be working on getting big and I"ll loose fat as I do that? I would really like some advice. I can drink shakes through out the day that shouldn't be to hard just tell me what to buy that isnt over priced (some stuff is) and how to cram all this into my day. I would like to be able to go to the beach spring break and be proud of myself. It's not that I appear to be fat people actually comment that I"m skinny but I"m not happy with the way I look I"m doing it for myself more then for anyone else. I am sorry for posting the same question that I am SURE has been asked like 1,000,000 times it's just the questions are simular but not my EXACT questions and I'm not sure if it would make the answers very. I would just like to know is there a time that is to late to eat? I don't get to work out till late at night 11pm or midnight alot of times. But I am serious about getting back in shape I just need guidence on what is the best way because I know there is no point in working out if your not eating right because you will either gain more fat over this muscle your building or you won't get enough nutriants to build the muscle your working out. Please let me know something a good book good website or whatever. I can post send whatever pics if it wil help someone help me Thanks, Robert

You cannot get bigger while cutting...as cutting involves getting smaller...weight wise anyway (fat burning basicaly) then after that you can start bulking up Do plenty of cardio and weight train but dont do bulking weights keep the weight on the exercises medium and try to get 10-16 reps in each exercise for cutting results. Take packed lunches anywhere you possibly can, try to get in enough food as you can, youre cutting meaning you wont need as much as bulking but you still need a fair amount. Nutrition someone else can deal with, ive never cut before, and know little and have no experience in the field of cutting, so hopefully someone can help you with that. Just eat clean foods, which should be labelled in the nutrition forum As to the times of eating....No idea Never actually wondered that...
