for losing wait id stay away from creatine. And some how get so ur tricep and bicep excersises are the same day and u can get enough rest for your chest day. But 6 smaller meals a day, cut the calories, light on carbs, keep the fats natural (fish nuts etc) and you should be in good shape of course it depends on what your wanting to lose
