Hi, I'm male 34, 5ft 9', 213 pounds with around 20% body fat. I'm stocky and have good physeek. But want to get rid of my spare tyre. Want to lose 20 pound quick. I'm looking at 2500 cals per day to stay even and currently consuming around 1600 cals on a 50% protien, 30% Carbs, 20% Fat Diet. Am weight training 3 days, major muscle groups and cardio on off days, other than that I don't do much (desk job). I also Stay Up late, sleep 10 hours and wake late. Have just start taking cartinine morning and night, Whey Protien(with carnitine) before and after training and Cretine also before and after. I think I have lost some weight but the scales don't tell me, but my shorts fit a little better and I'm sure I'm more cut. Are the scales telling me (no Lighter) because i'm putting musscle on also? I'm seeing no results although I'ts only been 2 weeks and only 6 days of good eating. Would this be because my metabolism is getting screwed around a bit? Would sleeping and waking patterens slow anything here? Does my program seem correct? or is there somthing missing? Would I likley to see no results for a while trying to lose weight and build muscle? thanks
