Alright i work out early morning..
pre workout--Super Pump 250
direct post-- myozene
45 min. later-- weight gainer
lunch and dinner-- w/t protein shake
 
need some suggestions!!!
 
5'10  190lbs  need to be good into the 200's by August!!

You need food. Get rid of the weight gainer 45 min post workout and eat food. FOOOOOOOOOOD. Substituting meals with Whey is not going to make you gain.
