20-26% just based on what I've seen before. Buy some calipers or see if there is a testing facility in your area. You'll be able to come up with a plan of action much quicker. In fact, most people don't bother with body fat!? They just "want to lose weight." And so they really never get a solid plan of how to go about doing that because their calorie calculations, if they do them, are so far off they either stay the same, go into starvation mode or gain weight!
