Please critique my training

Please critique my training - Sunday, March 14, 2004 5:56 PM ( #1 )
I am a football player so some stuff I have to do at the school weight room. Then, I go to the gym for stuff I want to do:

At school:
Crunches, toe touches, flutter kicks, six inches, bicycle (elbows to knees), marine kicks - 3 sets of 45 seconds for each
Bench
Squat
Incline DB's or bar
Power Squat and Leg press 1x15 each fast
Cleans on Wed. and Fri.
Seated Press Mon.
Roman Chair Wed. and Fri.
Rows Monday and Wed.
Plylo boxes periodically
Step ups Wednesday w/ bar on back
Lunges Wednesday
Pull ups and Dips Monday
Shrugs Monday

Then I go to the gym for extra doing:
Leg Curl and Extension
Bicep Buffet (curl 1x8 for each dumbell set decreasing from 55s)
Tricep Extension and Pulldown
Wrist Curls
Whatever I don't finish at school

I have been doing all this for a while and with protein and creatine have gotten big and strong and lifting is now a hobby, but I've heard something like pushing and pulling on the same day is bad or that too much can be bad. Critique my training.

its not pushing and pulling on same day really but to seperate body parts.
