He obviously has the genetics. I do drink whole milk but I guess I just got to drink more of it.

It takes longer to pack on muscle to a larger frame, why you will find it will take longer then someone who is shorter. but yeah im 6'3" took me a very long time to build up a decent base. Im nowhere wear I want to be, but I have come a long way from being 6'3" and a pretty scraggly looking 175-180 lb's You say you eat a lot...but I offer this. Do you know what your daily caloric maintenance level is? (how many calories you need a day) If not this could be a big factor in holding you back from gaining. So perhaps you figure this number out and your not getting as much as you thought. I know people who think they eat a lot whether they really are or not, hate to hear it...but you just need to eat more. Gaining and losing weight is determined outside the gym with your diet.

a gallon of whole milk is about 2,652 calories. just food for thought :P even drinking a half gallon a day is a pretty good chunk of calories right there.

Flat, incline is fine but I would focus on flat. Avoid decline, flat bench accomplishes everything decline trys to do but better. Its just a shorter ROM, and not as affective. other then that dips are something you may want to look into.

All this hoo-hah about chest isolation work and drinking gallons of milk and I haven't heard anyone utter the magic "S" & "D" words. Jeziz. You guys are slipping. Dude. Total-body workouts, heavy focus on compound, holistic moves like Squats and Deadlifts. You say you're doing pull-ups already, but if you can bang out more than 12 without much straining on rep 10, 11, and 12, then maybe it's time to consider adding some weight. For upper body, stick with the heavy back work and don't worry about your arms -they will follow. Work in the 8 to 10 rep range on everything, no more than 45 minutes to 1 hour per workout. Eat a sensible balance of calories from whole, unprocessed foods, and eat a sh1tload of it. Drink tons of water. Use creatine and a high-quality whey protein isolate shake after workouts, and something with a slower-digesting protein (like casein) and 4-5g of glutamine just before bed. And most importantly, SLEEP.

well yeah im assuming he is already doing squats and deadlifts... I usually do unless they state other wise. but even if he is, he wont gain anything if he is not eating enough. He will get stronger, but putting on the mass will be done with his diet. But you do bring up a good point, OP are you also doing squats, deadlifts? BB rows? cleans? BB OH press? while the calories will put the mass on you. Its those compound movements that will get it done in the gym.

Yeah squats are already in there. I'm going to up with hang cleans again. What is the best Trap and and Forearm workout you guys do? For me hang cleans always got my traps really well. What do you think?

height means jack "squat" I'm 6'4" too dont blame height because you think it makes it harder... it just means you will have more muscle and more strength than a shorter person

don't post a pic after 1 month, you'll be wasting your time. Train for 3-4 months at least before posting a pic.

Calories, calories, and more calories. I'd go for a 2 to 1 carb to protein intake atleast 4 meals a day.
