Please critique my diet and routine

First off Im 36, 5'10" 195 lbs. Reletively good shape with the only real prominant chub in the belly area (I have a 35 waist). Goal is pretty much the same as everyone else...to reduce the fat and gain quality muscle. Diet is 1. 3 Weetabix or oatmeal with about a quarter cup of 1% milk, 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg. 2. 1/2 cup of chicken breast plain and a hand full of nuts 3. 1 can of tuna drained with mustard, large dark green salad with broccoli or raw green beans. 4. 2 scoops whey protein with a handfull of almonds 5. 1 Chicken breast or buffalo burger or pork tenderloin with brown rice 6. 1 cup of cottage cheese witha Tbsp of peanut butter This comes out to 2016 cal. 231g pro. 48% 71 fat 33% 111 carbs 18% I also take a multi vitamin, flax oil, garlic, and fish oil Training is 3 days a week with 3 days of cardio (at least a half hour) each exercise is 3 sets of 15 or to failure. Monday Chest & Tri's Incline db press decline db press incline db flys decline db flys dips tricep extension lying tricep extension Wednesday Back/bicep/legs One arm row forward lat pulldowns incline dumbbell rows hammer curls 21's isolated db curls seated extensions weighted calf raises hamstring curls swiss ball squats friday shoulders/forearms shrugs side raises shoulder press two arm front db raises db wrist curls reverse bb curls wrist rollers
