Can someone please make me a 10000 calorie diet because whenever i do research I can never find a cheap under 10 dollar diet a day. I really need to gain weight. If you respond please just make the diet dont argue say its too much or have under alternative please just make the diet. eat like 5 times a day.

 tell ya what... there's no way I'm going to do an entire 10,000 cal diet but I'll donate a 2k breakfast.. LOL
 
6 large egg ..................................420
Oatmeal 2 packs ..........................200
whole wheat Bread 2 slices ........200
whole milk 16 oz ........................300
OJ 16oz .....................................210
Bacon 6 thick slices: ..................450
tbs real butter ..........................100
bran flakes 1 cup ......................120
total cals: 2000

First off, I'm glad you're taking the nutrition avenue.   But a 10K / day diet??? How much do you weigh?  Muscles grow on protein.  Let me correct myself.  Muscles grow on amino acids.  no matter what type of protein you intake, your body is going to have to break it down to the amino acids that your muscles can use(proper digestion). so whether you eat a lean 16 oz steak or a triple stack from Wendys, your body in the end must digest it.  the diff. is calories.  the lean steak will have less calories and yield a set amount of amino acids.  The trip_stack from wendys "might" yield the same amount of amino acids, but at the cost of more calories.  Relax about your daily caloric intake and concentrate on Nutritional Value. 
think of it this way....
a car can perform only soooo much on low octane fuel(85 in my state). More gallons of 85 wont make it run better.  Give it some high octane 92!
