looks fine to me...do you know exactly how much your taking in a day or how much you need a day to gain/maintain/lose?

I have a rough idea. I'm 85KG (187lbs) I'm taking in around 170g of protein and about 300g of carbs. I eating almonds and flaxseed oil for my fats. How much do you suggest for weightgain?

well the whole reason I asked is because everyone has a maintenance level for calories they need to maintain their body weight. Simply put, if you expend or consume less then you need, you lose weight. If you exceed your daily need, you will put on weight. run a search online for a calorie calculator, your going to input some information about yourself and activity level and it will give you an approx. number. Your foods look fine, especially for gaining weight...now you just need to worry about how much your getting in everyday. I would suggest taking in 200-300 more for a week after you figure your number out, take measurements keep track of your weight, etc...and make adjustments as needed. All goes well you should progressively increase your calories every week or so.

Cheers nomoney34, that makes a **** load a sense. I've always just ignored getting mesurements and relied on the scales to see if I'm gaining weight which I guess would be my best idicator.

just one thing mate, if i were you, i wouldnt try to gain 1kg per week. thats an awful lot of weight, and not only will it give you issues with your skin, you will gain a hell of a lot of fat, and have to do an exceptionally clean cut over a very long period of time to see any benifits.
Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg Squat Max - 220kg @100kg Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg Weight - 90kg

^ Reality check OP. You're not going to gain 1kg a week. Not without becoming a fatass.
