what does your current lifting regimine look like?
Also dump the Kre-alkylyn and get some Creatine Mono.
Wait a minute, i think i already replied to this post on a different part of the site... lol
Oh well, ill say it again switch up the volume of your meals, Your biggest meal should be breakfast and they should progressively get smaller.

Hey Thanks MoneyMan,

So the kre-alkalyn is not worth it?
the only reason i chose that over creatine  mono hydrate is because ive hear creatine bloats you out, and can de hydrate you.

In your opinion is there anything else i could be taking to bulk me up?

You got good height for a tightend, you could use some weight though. Starting strength is a program and a book, both are very good.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185
