Plateaued, new 3 day full body, critique pls

Tue: Bench Press- 3x5 DB press- 1x8 Standing row-3x8 Overhead DB press- 5x8 Lat raises- 3x8 Chin Ups- 4x8 Pulls Ups-4x8 Dips-3x8 Skull Crushers-3x8 Bent over row-3x8 Thurs: Squat- 5x5 Calve Raises- 3x8 Standing Row- 3x8 Overhead DB press- 5x8 Lat raises- 3x8 Chin Ups- 4x8 Pulls Ups-4x8 Dips-3x8 Skull Crushers-3x8 Bent over rows- 3x8 Sunday- Deadlifts- 5x5 Shrugs- 3x8 Standing row-3x8 Overhead DB press- 5x8 Lat raises- 3x8 Chin Ups- 4x8 Pulls Ups-4x8 Dips-3x8 Skull Crushers-3x8 Bent over row-3x8 A lot of the workout from day to day is the same, bsically i just switched up the basic 3 compounds to different days beacuse squats and deadlifts take all energy out of me and i can not do them on the same day. my main focus are my lats and shoulders

Lower the volume. If squats and deads really did take that much energy out of you, then you shouldn't be able to complete all those excess exercises.

Looks like way too much you'd be rushing to get that under 45 minutes... --I'd make it more like this.. Squat - 3X5 - change to deads on 2nd day Bench Press- 3x5 Standing row-3x8 Overhead DB press- 5x8 Pulls Ups-4x8 - Maybe do chunups on your 2nd day Skull Crushers-3x8 - Maybe swap this with barbell curl on your 2nd workout to pair with chin ups Bent over row-3x8 My thoughts anyway! Also I think your order should be more like so..(again I'm no expert, just what I've learnt from peeps) 1.Squat - 3X5 2.Bench Press- 3x5 3.Pulls Ups-4x8 - Maybe do chunups on your 2nd day 4.Bent over row-3x8 5.Overhead DB press- 5x8 6.Skull Crushers-3x8 - Maybe swap this with barbell curl on your 2nd workout to pair with chin ups 7.Standing row-3x8

thanks for the replies i took out one set of overhead db pressses and one set of dips and dont really have a problem with completing this is 45 mins
