only train a single musclegroup ONCE per week, because when you train hard a muscle really needs a whole week to recover. I'd say, just make shure to train your entire body in one week..
age 15 weight 72kg 158.7 lbs bench 85kg 187.3 lbs squat 80kg 176.3 lbs deadlift 140kg 308.6 lbs

I'd like to increase overall strength. Im not really concerned with being cut or whatever. At this point right now I just wanna get as much weight up as possible. Any ideas?
