Pitcher Routine + Leadoff Hitter - Tuesday, July 04, 2006 8:09 PM
Hey all, not new to the forums been looking around at good information on here for about a year or so now. But now i'm starting to train for baseball after taking a year off. As the title of the topic said im a pitcher and a lead off hitter. Been running the past month + month 1/2 for gaining my speed and stamina up but i really wanna hit the gym and bulk up. I did the caloric calculator to figure out the amount of calories i need, but i need some help with some exercises and routine tweaking. Heres what i was thinking about:

Monday(Chest,Triceps)
Tuesday(Legs)
Wednesday(Shoulders)
Thursday(Off)
Friday(Biceps, Back)
 
Saturday and Sunday off for agility work and pitching. Any input on this would be awesome.
