yeah kid, good start. keep it up if it's something you enjoy doing. but.. be careful with all the back stress. that's all i can really say about that. it's dangerous when you are really still in a growing phase of your life. permanent back complications etc.

Au Contraire, ColdSteel, the right end of the bar is indeed visible ...as is a second barbell loaded with a 45 in the lower right corner -don't tell me you curl that?! We all better get crackin' if we don't want to get served, Ha ha ha! Seriously dude, way to go! I wish I had started that young

I personally dont believe him aged 12 lifting them weights? his bones havent fused yet, benching that much would break his wrists no doubt. Not only that but the pictures are of starting points Through research called myself doing weights above my possible training weights I max bench at 135lbs I however can lift a bar with 205lbs up and keep it up with relative ease, i didnt go above incase i did a shoulder injury, and squat i can stack on a good 150lbs more and lift up with it, however doing the exercise i cannot do. Just because the pictures show the weights up doesnt mean hes lowering them and putting them back up again. I dont have a problem with other peoples stats, this persons i do, its just so unrealistic, he mustve broken world records

seriously though it's still hard to believe, form looks awful, and how come his arms dont look stressed? like his biceps should be more prominent, and his elbows are locked
