i don't do legs as often as i should... :(... i honestly do them once every 2 weeks or 3. I am happy with squatting 305.

You've got a nice progress there man! Great biceps and pecs. The weak point is probably the lats.
5'8.1" Age = 20 started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs) current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

That sucks. You're missing out on a big boost of T by skipping squats. Plus you'll look weird with a big body walking around on skinny legs. Suck it up and squat.

Looking good!! Arms looks beastly in the double bi! What bf are you around? You look really lean but abs are only slightly visible. Must be the way you store the fat. Impressive! Do you have a before shot?

Deadlifts and Squats should be the foundation of every freaking session imo. lol Seriously though, you look freaking huge and lean as it is, if you start Deadlifting and Squatting harder all that hgh will get you bigger all around. Don't forget to progress to Deadlift/Squat variations. Good fun to screw around with. You look great, good job!

Thanks guys! I have been putting in so much work at the gym, it is ridiculous. Yea, the way my body stores fat is weird?! Jeep, yea I am in Sigma Chi, it is a blast man. I honestly have not checked my BF at all, maybe i should do that. It sucks because I am really lean around most of my body besides my abs, perhaps cardio would do a decent job on the fat?

Going good. I eat about 5 meals a day if I can. 1st would be my oatmeal, protein, maybe some toast. 2nd would be protein shake. 3. Subway or Chicken Breast with brown rice. 4. Anything I want besides fastfood. 5. Protein Shake.

O yea, I train a different body part each day. For Example Mon-CHest Tues-Back Wed-Should Thurs-Biceps Fri-Tris Sat-Legs if I do them Sunday-Start cycle over O yea, I do abs everyday.

yea, no offense but that is a terrible routine. Your newbie gains will start to taper off and you will realize it soon, I'd try and hit each muscle group twice a week.

Yea I do dedicate tris and bis to one day. It is working for me. And, I like it. But, my newbie gains are already gone lol. I had em over the summer. I kill my bis and tris like none other. But what do you mean, why is it soooo bad to do that. Don't just say it is bad, atleast explain yea?

Prolly because you're only hitting each muscle group only once per week. And having a whole day for minor muscle groups such as biceps and triceps is probably overkill. If I ever do an "arm" day I'd do bi's and tri's the same day, although most do a chest/tri and back/bi then legs/shoulders then repeat for a six day a week routine. However, most here will tell you to do a 3 day full body.....and read SS...HaHa! EDIT: great progress BTW.....I remember when you 1st joined up...LOL...LOOKING GOOD!!!!

you don't NEED to do a 3 day full body. I'd reccomend a push/pull or a push/pull/legs. You can be making much better progress hitting the muscle groups twice per week. Why dedicate an entire day to something as small as the bicep or tricep? They are tiny muscles and don't need that a whole day's work to grow.

MaverickKeepsitReal word. I'll def. switch it up a little but. Are shoulders good with bi? Most commonly its Mon-Chest/tri Tue-Back/Bi Wed-Legs /shoulders Thur-Off Then repeat The only problem is you'll wear out your Tri's when doing chest exercises, as will back exercises wear out your bi's. Some people combat this by doing Mon-chest / Bi Tue-Back/Tri Wed- Legs /Shoulders

The way you emphasized, (NEED) makes it sound as if you're saying a 3 day fullbody is not an optimal way to train...
