Sorry for not having the pics up on here but I couldnt figure it out. Anyways I want everyone to be honest and tell me what I should improve on(a lot). Im about to start HST on Wednesday so hopefully that will be the best routine for me. I couldn't really get good shots and they might not show me well but thats all I can get for now.

PS - Im pretty mad about the 5th picture..I don't even have a six pack without flexing anymore...Oh well I guess thats what bulking does to you.        Also this is me at 150..picutre me a few months ago at 130

Great start, a bulk and HST should serve you well. Your chest seems to be slightly behind but should catch up nicely. What is your diet like now?

Well I don't plan my meals every day but mainly I eat as much meat as I can, vegetables ( ususally spinach or broccoli), peanuts, eggs, milk (lots of it), and thats really it. I eat whatever I can besdies fast food and junk food and don't drink soda or anthing liek that. EVen though lately I've been slipping I am goign to be strict now that I am starting a new routine.

And for chest I don't know why it looks so small...wel that picutre makes it even worse but I think that the worst part is the bottom r? I do a lot of chest work and lately been doing DB only and its been getting bigger but I guess I started from basically nothing that its hards to get it big. Too bad I didn't take pictures from before I started lifting.

that's a huge mistake bro.  one of the main reasons people fail to get big, or stay where they are is because they fail to plan their meals throughout the day.  if you don't, you're just stuck eating whatever you can find, and that can be horrible

Well the main reasons were because  I had schoool and work and well schools out now and I quit my job  . But I make sure I dont go more then 3-4 hours withoout food so my body alway has something in it.

unless you mean like...its 12 o clock now i should be eating again around 3.

Of course my meals dont change much so i always have a pretty good idea of what its going to be...

i don't plan my meals too much either.  i have what i need at home to make a good breakfast, have snacks (the good kind) available at work...

i just try to eat every few hours, and make my meals fairly clean.



i agree that some HST would do you good.  you have some real good areas, but also some areas that need work.

a bulk with hst would be great IMO.  your deltoids look to be somewhat lacking.  chest as well.

everything has room for improvement.  get your diet in order, and then a good routine and you'll grow

Yea I noticed that as I'm bulking my stomach is also getting bigger so I'm consdiering doing a cleaner bulk. Like nothing thats is unneccesary like candy or juice so I wont have as much sugar and thats the only thing I can think of thats bad. I dont eat fastfood and dont have junk food.

your stomach isn't getting bigger, it's just you body is saying "i need more food and energy"
 
sometimes fastfood can be good for you.  it's called a free window, a time when you can eat anything you want.  it gets your mind off of only eating healthy foods, and kind of "clears" your mind, if you will.
 
just watch what you eat.  make your own diet that meets your needs.
