Ok guys don't hold back,let me have it.I plan on competing next year and I am currently working on my weak chest,so honesty is much welcomed.

Those were last month,I am currently on a good bulking cycle and here is one short pic of my shoulders and chest starting to get some development.

I agree. Lats are definitely huge. Arms need some attention though.

Thanks guys,I am trainign arms twice a week right now.They are almost 18",but I need to work on the peaks in both areas.

you look good I believe everyone is waiting for you now to complete a bulking fase and then continue on to cut once your 20 - 30 lbs over your goal weight.
 
Its the transformation everyone is probably waiting on.
 
Your lat spread is incredible your arms are large.  Chest big.  You have that bulky look right now to improve it would be to add even more bulk to your frame and then cut up for the definition.  Other then that your doing awsome so far.

Your plan is so compete next year.. Might want to bulk up a bit more  or just start cutting now..
 
What kind of comments do you want?  Do you want to know if you should continue bulking?

Thanks I appreciate the comments,I am looking to see if I need more mass,I am 6' 220 lbs right now,so I personaly think I need more mass to be competetive.I plan on doing one more mass cycle and then going into a 12-16 week cutting cycle at the end of March.

well it depends on what you want to compete at... Id say right now from where you are.. you would have to cut all the way down to 189 - 195lbs to put you in that 5 - 7% BF range.  Not sure what your BF%  is right now by looking at you though... probably around 15% or soo... who knows...
 
dont know what weight you want to compete at...?  you should talk to OldNavy he is going to be the best person to help you.

Yeah I am around 15% right now.I would like to get in the 220lb range to compete,so I am guessing I need to weight in at 240lbs before I can cut.I will see where I stand at the end of March,then I will cut and see what happens.Maybe Old Navy can chime in on this.

Chest is something you need to focus on-but you already know that.  It is a wak bodypart for me as well.  Width in the back looks good.  Biceps need to be peaked more.  At 6"0 no way I could see you as a lightheavyweight (up to 198) since you will be competing with against individuals between 5-6 and say 5'9, 5"10 and they will just look thicker.  I think a solid 240 is a good goal

Chuck glad you chimed in bro,I actually didn't think you had a weak body part,lol.I was thinking I needed to be heavier than 200lbs,my fram is just too large,I will see you at the Arny and you can see what I'm talking about.

Shoulders-54"
Chest-45"
Arms-almost 18"
waist-34,will get back down to a 31

my chest sucks-relatively speaking I guess but that and traps ALWAYS a weakness for me.  My training weights never go up and size remains the same. 
 
With height brings the issue of adding enough muscle to fill out your frame.  However once it is done you will have an impressive physigue.  See ya next month for sure-we can talk more

shootI have problems with my pecs too, they have cam really fare along but the rest of my body over whelms my pecs, and on top of that I have gyno....

They are decent,I need to cut them,but still building mass on them,I will get some pics up,but they are 26" quads,16" calves,not real big but I am working on them with power movements.

man your lats are very big def your strong point. How many times per week are you doing chest some people just have a tough time building a chest or just hate chest days. your lats over power your traps and the biceps could use some work but you already know that also a little on the delts but i think you can def get in shape for comp next year. i agree and you should try and get to 240 or even 250 before your cut because the guys my height will just look thicker on the stage. but you have a great frame just keep up the hard work and your goals will come also let me know what you think if you would
