The other night I was thinking why I just don' t seem to get bigger.. but yet.. I' m stronger.

I' ve been eating a lot more.. much healthier then ever before and that did help me reach the 180lb mark. But...

Do you think there is a point when training naturally (as in no Pro-Hormones just Creatine, Vitamins, Protein) that a person just wont' get any bigger?

Yes.

Not sure what else to say.. I mean.. if you aren' t gaining any weight.. then whatever calories you are eating you need to bump.

But I think that a natural athlete reaches a peak for their genetic potential where no matter what.. you won' t bigger.. but you will increase other attributes.

Strength, endurance and quality of muscle.
