Hypnotised to realise that this surprise will end in demise in front of your eyes. Shining with lies you sent your spies, spat your alibies and your words rotted, rotted and attracted flies. Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

All natural peanut butter is actually really good. quote:
I try to eat a lot of protein and crabs But why are you eating a lot of crabs? Okay, now that that's out of my system- You have two problems right now. First of all, it's hard to stay small when you're trying to gain muscle in any area of your body- In order to grow muscle, you need to eat more calories (Coming from the proper sources, of course) than your body really needs. When you do this, you're sure to gain some fat, which you would then try to lose by going into a cutting phase. For example- You weight 138 pounds now, you would set a goal for yourself like, say, 170 pounds. So you start bulking, and when you gain thirty two pounds, you would go on a cutting cycle to get rid of the extra fat you gained along with the muscle- Dropping your bodyfat percentage like this will get you that nice, toned, muscley look you're looking for- But keep in mind that when you're trying to cut fat, the idea is to eat LESS calories than your body needs- Only about five hundred a day less or so, but still- You're bound to lose some muscle during a good cutting phase too. So- In order to build muscle, you're going to gain some fat, and in order to lose fat, you're also going to lose muscle- You can minimize the fat gain and muscle loss by watching your diet very carefully and exercising properly, but it'll still be there to some extent. Make sure you check in at the nutrition forum for more info on how you should be eating. Since I mentioned exercising properly, let's move on to your second problem- You really need to work everything out, not just your chest and biceps. There are a number of reasons for this, first and foremost being safety, but I'll get to that in a minute- Since you seem to be concerned about filling out shirts, I'll go into aesthetics first. Nothing looks weirder than a guy with his chest and arms out of proportion to the rest of his body- At your height and weight, I imagine having a muscular chest and arms would look a little strange on top of thin legs, small shoulders and a thin back. If you only work your arms and chest, that's basically what you'll end up with. Okay, on to safety- And efficiency, since they go hand in hand here. To build up your chest, you're going to need to do bench presses- If you try those with weak shoulders, you could get injured. Your triceps also need to be nice and strong for that movement. For more muscular arms, you're going to want to do standing barbell curls- With a weak lower back, you also risk injury during that exercise. Also, if your legs are weak, there's no way you'll be able to keep your body from swaying (Same as lower back weakness) which could also lead to possible injury. Each muscle is connected with others, and each muscle relies on others to perform exercises with good form- If a stabilizer muscle is weak, you will have poor form, and poor form means injuries, as well as poor gains. So, if you really want to work on your physique, the most effective way to improve your chest and arms is to work everything- If you have a nice strong back, you can concentrate on your biceps more when doing those standing curls, and get more results out of them. If your back's swaying all over the place, trying to keep the proper form when it doesn't have the strength to do so, you're not getting much of a bicep workout at all- So you're wasting time and effort. And no, you don't have to worry about everything getting too big. The only thing that will allow you to get "Huge" is by eating A LOT of calories every day- If you're not doing that, you shouldn't have to worry about blowing up with muscle. Bottom line, check in on the nutrition forum and restate your goals there, including a more detailed description of what you're eating right now- What you eat will get you where you want to go. As far as training's concerned, check out the training forum- There's plenty of great programs there for you to get started with, and you can always ask whatever training questions you might have there. Hope this helps!
