Well I have 2 problems.

First. My pecks are really small I really want some my body looks so weiard I have big shoulders and arms but small pecks and I need some help building my pecks, any ideas?

Second. What can I build around my ribs? At the moment I can see them, and even though my X said its hot I don't find it very attractive. I don't want fat there, becuase I just don't want fat, but I don't want to see my ribs. Is there muscle I can build there? And if so... How?

Thanks -CoolFool

i dont get how you can bench 200 at age 13 and not have pecs... im baffled. check your form and lower your weight and up the reps to 10-12 for a while. see what that does.

as for the ribs.. build up your abs, pecs and lats and theyll gradually diminish.

try doing db presses for a few months. if your talking about what i think your talking about then those arent ribs, ribs are bones. those are your obliques. sure they look like ribs but you can beef them up just like abs.they arent bad to have.i have them and i used to think they look bad but when you beef em up a lil they fit in with the abs. plus if your ex said that then thats a good thing.

I actually know someone with the same problem, and he's in his late twenties- Excellent shape, extremely low bodyfat, has a degree in fitness education, runs a corporate gym in FLA- Has the flattest chest I have ever seen, and can't get it to grow. Sometimes genetics deals weird hands like that- He can actually bench 280 for six to eight reps, but you wouldn't know it by looking at him.

i really dont think he is talkin about obliques
i really think he is talkin about the serratus(maybe one r)
the seratus can be built up by doin pullovers and doin pushups

To get the lower chest and sorta get shape do incline and for upper chest do decline and middle chest do regular bench press and make sure you do flys

No. incline helps upper chest. decline lower.
