Pec Pain

Hi, So, I will probably go to a doctor for this, but it's presently Saturday, I cant stop thinking about this, and I figured I'd post for some feedback. About three weeks ago, I started feeling a slight pain in the right side of my chest, somewhere between my right pec and armpit. Didn't think much of it at the time as there was nothing abnormal about my workout the night that i started feeling this pain....didn't try to max out, didnt hurt myself benching, didnt hear any pops or cracks, didn't feel any sudden stress or pain. Just sort of woke up the next morning and the morning after that with an increasing pain. Over the next week, I stopped lifting altogether because it hurt to even take deep breaths...this pain was almost certainly no lower than my pectoral (i.e. it wasnt in my lung or ribcage). The worst pain was when I sneezed or coughed. It got better after about ten days...only had some minor pain. Then a few days ago my dumbass decided to push it and bench midweights and tried to cram nearly five days-worth of pushups into one day. Not a good idea by any means. Felt fine then, except for some slight lingering pain, but over the last couple days, this pain has again increased and while it is not as bad as is was when I initially hurt it, I'm a little unsettled now. Additionally, the pain is now primarily right on the center of my right pec, not so close to my armpit as it initially felt it was. Any thoughts? I don't feel as if it is a torn muscle, but im no doctor. There is no visible bruising, no swelling, no asymmetry of the right and left pecs, and nothing else visibly out of the ordinary. Eh? Thanks for your thoughts. Dave
