Ok recentlly i started eating them and today i ate 4 and nothing else exsept water. So i curious how bad they are for me or would they be a good inbetween meal snack like while i am in school

lol they aren't bad at all. As long as you eat them on whole wheat without HFCS and natural peanut butter without sodium. They aren't bad snacks at all, but the pb and the bread don't have much protein in them combined and they aren't complete proteins either. But not bad for a snack in between meals to get in extra calories or if you just need some extra food for energy and such. PB sandwiches ftw.

excellent get some whole grain bread wit no hfsc like said above nd some smuckers natural pb soooooo good. I eat them like i used to eat oreos and reeses eggs.

High Fructose Corn Syrup...it's a man made sugar about 55% fructose and 45% glucose (or the other way around?).....anyway, it should be avoided. If you eat bread, either get it homemade or buy Ezekiel brand.

im pretty sure peanut butter sandwhiches are complete proteins because grains and legumes make complet proteins.

At my lunch at school I eat a PB sandwich for the fat and a turkey sandwich for protein, plus the bread for carbs. It's like 800-ish calories. Good combo IMO
