ORIGINAL: packers4 Who said I Was young..I mean I can be a 30 year old for all you know..lol Good point but the reason why I never did a crazy dirty bulk is because I always had a fear of fxcking up the cut and staying like that or just not becoming as lean as I use to be dude, that's what body building is about. bulking it up then cutting it off.......(for me atleast) and you're like 15, right?

Wow its been a while since I've checked on this one. I think this maybe one of the most popular DBB recipes of all time. Everyone seems to do it a bit different. But what I'm discovering is, there's really no wrong way to do this. As long as you're adding heat to the eggs at some point its going to be good. I've never cooked the tuna with the eggs, I think I'm going to give it a go though. But these three together are winners.

I had this yesterday after wrestling practice....and I must say its amazing. You'd think the peanut butter wouldnt taste good, but its actually delicious. I also made it with canned chicken which in my opinion taste better. kudos for the recipe

OK, I tried it this morning. Not terribly objectionable, but I don't think I could do it too often. But definitely not at bad as I thought.

Hey chris.... I was going to eat it this morning....But I ran out of tuna...(hey...sue me...My wife had a stroke last week...LOL...grocery shopping was a little weird this week) However I still used eggs, peanut butter, shredded chicken, and Jalepeno peppers. Man it was still awesome.....I didn't add the peppers until half way through the cooking....then folded it over into an omelette. Tasted great. Now I'm going to have to go tuna shopping...HaHa!

chrisshepherd Actually throwing in those peppers sounds really good. I hope your wife's ok man. That sucks. It wasn't an actual stroke but a mini stroke....TIA...Transient ischemic attack....is the medical jargon. She got numbness in the left side of her face, and in her left arm. There was a blood vessel blockage (that luckily cleared itself). But yeah she's ok...I'm the one thats biting his tongue....because I don't want my smartass comments to send her into the abyss...LOL....But yeah....Its also forcing her to quit smoking and eat a cleaner diet(her cholesterol level was 439.....Off the charts man...) so she's doing alot better....now she's learning what its like for me to watch everything I eat....HaHaHa....been married for 5 years and its like she never knew...LOL...But all is good....thanks for the concern!!! PS....she hates the peanut butter tuna eggs....LOL!!!!

Don't mean to be come across as a smart-arse but I feel it needs to be said: Her cholestrol's high because her body needs it. Stay away from Statin drugs (cholestrol-lowering medications) if you guys were considering it. Her cholestrol being THAT high would mean that there's an underlying problem for it escalating to that point, but statin drugs will not make it better, in fact they'd make it worse because the high cholestrol levels were to combat the problem. Best wishes though, take care of yourselves, and oy, FISH OILS! And some of these recipes sound interesting, I might look into them. :p

But we're cleaning up her diet quite a bit, just for general health purposes and to remedy her yoyo dieting cycles...LOL....She'd lost like about 30 pounds with some advice from Twisted and HardWay (thanks guys!) and now we're just taking it to the next level for health purposes. Oh yeah...and try the eggs dude...they rock!!!

Sounds like a good doctor. Try keep her stress-free as well, that'll help a lot. And like I said, trust me on this, fish oils.
