Peanut Butter Mousse

I found this recipe a while ago and it is reeeeeally good! Peanut Butter Mousse 4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) 1/2 cup Splenda 1 oz vanilla protein powder (I use 1-2 small scoops, and you can't taste it) 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup skim milk 8oz fat free cool whip (1 cup) Beat cream cheese, splenda and protein. Mix in PB and milk - beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate 2 hours. Lasts in the fridge quite a while (but you won't need it to!) NOTE: Chocolate protein powder may work too - haven't tried it - it is similar to the Drumstick cake filling if you have ever had it b4 - a little sugar free chocolate sauce or peanuts on top is good for a treat but it doesn't need it!
