Palming a basketball better!

Sup? Aight, I tryed to make a little experiment on my own (Stupid..nanan), and I noticed that I could palm bigger basketballs. This is what I did: I trained my fingers by squeezing a basketball everytime I played basketball or when I was bored. I actually trained my fingertips more than my fingers, but anyway. Before: I could palm a size 3 ball, and with a bit of effort a size 5 ball After: I could pam a size 3 ball, a size 5 ball, and with a bit of effort a size 7 ball I did this training for about a month.. just don't overtrain your fingers/fingertips ..., I don't have big hands naturally, so I figured that if I could increase my strength in my fingers when palming the ball, I could hold it Good luck!

It just takes practice. Your fingers will stretch. It's just like playing the guitar. Even with without large hands, your fingers will learn to stretch over time with practice

I also like to ball sometimes, I got an old basketball that went flat, instead of throwin it away, I would train with it by squeezing it over and over, and also did sets, by tryin to palm it,and hold it for a certain time, I also got my verticle up, by jumpin as high as I could and try to touch the rim over and over everyday, eventally I could touch the rim, and b4 I knew it I was dunkin at 5"8, sorry I know that doesnt have to do w/ yer thread, but u will be surprised how fast u can increase yer verticle in such a short time

My manager at work, pretty big guy and had a chance to go a long way with his basketball career, told me to crumple up some paper whenever I was just sitting around. Uncrumple it and crumple it up again. Keep repeating the cycle. Helped me last summer when I was big into basketball.
