I have some pain in my right forearm I think it's from playing badminton as the muscle hurts when I move my wrist. Is there anything I can do to help recovery? I want to work out but I'm not sure if it will make it worse.

Alot of times it help to just rotate your wrist softly to help recovery. I get this alot from playing rock band all the time lol

I've got that at the minute as well: no more handstands for me until after my exams! (Grumble grumble: it would be my RIGHT forearm, wouldn't it?)
