Well, I just found this room. I'm on my MAX-OT Week 5 right now.

MAX-OT Week 5

May 31

Working Sets

Pullups -- 50 reps
V-bar Pulldowns -- 150x6, 180x6
Bent Over BB Rows -- 145x6, 145x4
Machine Hyper Extensions -- 240x6, 240x6
BB Wrist Curls -- 95x8, 95x8
DB Wrist Curls -- 40x8, 45x8

MAX-OT has been pretty easy for me so far. The only thing that was hard today was getting out all 50 pullups. Other than that, it was a pretty easy day.

MAX-OT Week 5

Jun 1

Warmups

Military Press -- 65x6, 75x4

Working Sets

Military Press -- 85x6, 85x6, 95x6
DB Shoulder Press -- 45x5
Side Laterals -- 30x6, 35x6
BB Shrugs -- 165x12, 175x12, 175x12

The 45's were kinda hard to get out b/c of the 3 sets of military presses before it. I'm feeling pretty good and I've gained 1-3 inches in different places since I first started out.

MAX-OT Week 5

Jun 2

Warmups

Squats -- 135x8, 155x6, 175x4, 195x2

Working Sets

Squats -- 205x6, 205x6, 205x6, 205x6
Lunges -- 50x6, 50x6
SLDL -- 245x6, 245x4
45 Degree Calf Raises -- 400x6, 600x6
Seated Calf Raises -- 90x6

I stayed at 205 for squats today b/c I din't have a spotter. I did the lunges w/ dumbbells. Gosh, my calves are really sore, too. I switched around the calf raises b/c for some reason, my calves cramp up really bad when I do Seated Calf Raises. I don't know why.

I didn't lift today b/c I went out w/ my friend's in town. I don't think lifting should take away time w/ my friends.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.........................................

Yes, I am actually in PA now. That's why I was packing. I live w/ my mom on a military base in AZ, and I visit my dad in PA four times a year. I say I'm from PA b/c I move around a lot in the military. Don't worry, I'll start working out again tomorrow.

MAX-OT Week 6

Jun 7

Working Sets

Pullups -- 50 reps
Close Grip Pulldowns -- 132x6, 132x5
Bent Over BB Rows -- 133x6, 133x6
Good Mornings -- 133x6, 133x6
BB Wrist Curls -- 111x6, 111x6
DB Wrist Curls -- 40x8, 40x8

Well, I'm at my dad's and I'm lifting at a home gym so I modified a few things. I don't have a V-bar so I'm using this handle thing. I don't have a hyper extension so I'm diong Good Mornings instead. Most of the weights are lower because these weights are heavier than the others for some reason. They are Weider brand.

MAX-OT Week 6

Jun 9

Warmups

Squats -- 133x8, 155x6, 177x4, 199x2

Working Sets

Squats -- 210x6, 210x5, 210x4, 210x4
Lunges -- 50x6, 55x6
SLDL -- 225x6, 245x4
Standing Calf Raises -- 245x6, 245x6, 245x6

My weights here are in kilos so I got the closest to whati could for warmups. I did 3 sets of standing calf raises b/c I don't have a leg press or seated calf raise. So I have to do standing calf raises w/ free weights. Gosh, that bar hurts my shoulders

Can you place it any lower? Have the rear delts support the bar? When the traps support the bar, it's soft tissue. Ends up hurting big time. But when you get it lower, if you can, it really makes a difference.

I used to need the pad or manta ray or towel to squat. Now I can do the bar and it feels just fine. But my rear delts end up supporting it.

I have it resting on my rear delts when I squat. But when I do standing calf raises, it'll fall off if it's not on my traps. I don't know why. It could be b/c of the way I stand.

MAX-OT Week 6

Jun 10

Warmups

BB Bench -- 45x8, 67x6, 89x4, 111x2

Working Sets

BB Bench -- 133x6, 133x6, 133x6
BB Incline -- 111x6, 111x6, 111x6
Dips -- 0x6, 0x6

Yup, the weights are heavier here than back in AZ. I don't havwe a weight belt w/ a chain or else I would be doing dips w/ a 45lb plate hanging down. I tried it w/ a dumbbell, but it kept on slipping out of my feet. It was a nice, short, easy day.

Haha. I did that workout today.

MAX-OT Week 6

Jun 12

Warmup Sets

BB Curls -- 45x8, 56x6, 67x4, 78x2

Working Sets

BB Curls -- 89x6, 89x6, 89x6
Alt DB Curls -- 35x6, 40x4
Skull Crushers -- 67x6, 72.5x6

I don't have a rope, so I did 3 sets of tricep extensions instead of 2. I'm hoping to go to the York Barbell Company here in town and buy what I need for home. I won't be able to workout at all next week b/c I get to go the beach. Mmm.......girls in string bikinis.....mmmmmmm.

MAX-OT Week 8

Jun 21

Well, today's supposed to be back day. I got in an accident on Sat. and my back is still a little stiff. I didn't want to hurt it any further, so I just skipped today. And if you're wondering about Week 7, that was the week I went to the beach.
