I haven't tried this particular product, but you should be aware that hydrolyzed wheys have a very bitter taste, so you might want to test out how you like the flavor before you buy very much of it. Some companies have done a nice job covering up the flavor though, so I'm not trying to say it can't be done, just that it's a possibility that it might not taste very good.
