PROTEIN QUESTION - Monday, February 20, 2006 4:01 PM
I need to know about the best tasting protein with high protein amount that you have ever bought. Please give me ideas on how to prepare my shake to make it taste good. If your shakes taste good tell me what brand of protein and how you prepare it. thanks

Im trying to find good tasting protein but I do know alot about protein itself. Yes, creatine as well as glutamine are good things to put in your protein shake but not both at the same time, either creatine or glutamine. If u do decide to use one of these, then use 5g of creatine or 10g of glutamine if you decide to go with glutamine. Do even worry about a thing, creatine, of all things, is a great additive to your protein shake no questions asked. Shit, I do it when i have it but I usually buy protein with creatine allready in it.
