The name of this forum is going to draw more bodybuilders then power lifters just by its nature. You’re pretty much free to talk about whatever you want. I train some parts for looks and others for power. My shoulders keep me from training for a big bench so I mostly just train my chest for looks. I have mental trouble with going heavy on the squat; I have had back problems for 12 yrs. I am training my back for both strength and looks. I am working on getting a big deadlift to repair my mental weakness associated with my back. Once I can fix my brain, I’ll work on getting a big squat but for now I do shaping type leg work.
