This board is for the most part just people trying to improve the way they look and feel. The only people on here that have discussed competing is bodybuilders. Personally, I work out with a powerlifting type routine and am training for a strongman competition at my highschool in march.

But if you want to start a competition you can pretty much do whatever you want.

It just seems like most of the people on here re skinnieer people that are bodybuilders. No people that are on here sems lke they respect powerlifters. More of a bodybuilding type site.

The name of this forum is going to draw more bodybuilders then power lifters just by its nature. You’re pretty much free to talk about whatever you want.

I train some parts for looks and others for power. My shoulders keep me from training for a big bench so I mostly just train my chest for looks. I have mental trouble with going heavy on the squat; I have had back problems for 12 yrs.  I am training my back for both strength and looks. I am working on getting a big deadlift to repair my mental weakness associated with my back. Once I can fix my brain, I’ll work on getting a big squat but for now I do shaping type leg work.
