I've used both and both produced great results. If I were you at 18 I would stay away though. Here's a tip... if your popping zits your test levels are already through the roof. So why take a chance at shutting those levels downm or decreasing them permanently or even for 6 months if they are already naturally boosted? Let's do this first before you go out and spend $100 on a hormone booster. List your training regimine and diet... if it's all in order and your not gaining any weight then I'll agree with you that you need supplemental assistance. D

Diet looks pretty good. Lifting looks good as long, as you're following the program, which I would venture to say you are judging by your diet. How long have you been eating like this? How long have you been training hard? What are you goals? What is your current rate of gain? How much mass are you gaining per month? Congrats on what looks to me like a great training plan and eating regimen. D

I'm with D. You are 18? Just keep on the training and eating for another couple of years. Forget pro-hormone use until later when it might matter. At the moment, you have more natural test then me anyway (31). I'm the guy who needs the PHs. Your diet and training looks tight! I wish I had access to forums like this when I was learning. The only access I had was bodybuilding magazines and maybe Bob Paris' guide to Bodybuilding.

The thing is everytime I see somthing new I add it to my diet, but eating to gain mass I say mid jan. I have been training with weights since sept. To be 175-180 then cut up to 165 and keep doing this until I am big enough I dont how much my current weight of growth is, a couple of weeks I was b/t 156-158 and now I am 161(I just weighted myself today right after training)

I'd say since your gaining weight at a fairly constant rate leave them out since your 18. I'd wait until I was at least 23 or until you qualify for national level competition, preferably until you hit 25. It's easy for me to say now that I'm on the outside looking in, but you don't really want to mess with hormonal levels too much at your age. Try to make your gains by other means before turning to test levels. If you shut your test levels down for 2 months now it could have long-term repercussions. If I shut my test levels down for 2 months, oh well, what's the big deal? There's a big difference between body development at 18 and 31, I hope you understand where I'm coming from. Most of all I hope you're not like I was at your age, I would have developed an attitude about the whole thing and tried to figure out what magical substance is he trying to hide from me. Truth is PH's really don't provide the substantial growth that you expect. They are good product but... well here's an example. During the 3 month's that I took Mag-10 -- I put on 15 lbs. Actually you only take it for 4 weeks but supposedly it elevates your test levels for 3 months. So we're talking about 5 lbs a month, brother you’re already there! For those 3 months I ate my ass off, I followed the Massive Eating article and wow. I couldn't eat all of that but I packed down as much as I could. I don't think you need it. I think the risks are too great at your age. But, Hey... your a grown man decide for yourself. At least your trying to educate yourself before taking it and for that I commend you. D
