PCT with a natural test booster?

Hi I am just learning about natural test supps being that PH are now banned. So would you have to take a PCT if you were going to supplement a natural test booster like Axis-HT or Animal stak 2, etc... By a PCT i mean something like Rebound XT .

Hmm, so I just read that things like axis arnt that potent that you will need a PCT, is this true?
