it depends how far in you are willing to go.  with prescription type drugs you can effectively eliminate any estrogen related side effects, almost to a point where the lack of estrogen is a problem so you need to be careful.  i dont' see aromatase inhibitors as PCT, more like CCT concurrent cycle therapy, you want to slowly reduce estrogens production while the high androgens levels are present so at the end of the cycle they have not built up.  100mcg of letrozole EOD for first half and ED for last half of cycle or 500mcg daily of arimidex throughtout will put you in a good position to switch to tamoxifen the day of your last dose of androgen, don't wait for ester chain lengths and this and that, it makes no sense, prevent the possibility of any problems now, it can't hurt, just don't use letro or arim with tamox it doesn't work well.  Aromasin can be used EOD throughout cycle and with tamox for three or four weeks out.
for supp's, there are some dhea analogues that I here are effective, i'm a physician so I'm more up on scripts than supp's so be patient and someone with supp info and anecdotal evidence on the scripts that may conflict with mine and be enlightening will respond.

if you are using something that requires PCT yet only want to use supp PCT it makes me question your committment.  Androgens are all in or no in, you have to commit or you could have future problems, it must be done right.  If you don't want to go with script PCT then stick to the oxandrolone, metheneolone, winstrol type compounds, although this is a natural site. ( Hopefully the mods won't give me sh** since the info is relavent and from a health care provider.lol....I'm not condoning nor will I prescribe any of the mentioned materials)

A quality pct is anything you can't get over the counter. If you are asking this on a natural site you are in the wrong place and I hope you didn't start a cycle with no PCT ready because you are just asking for trouble.

Agreed with above.

If you've started a steroid without researching it first, it's your own bad judgment.

Post Cycle Therapy gets your body producing it's normal testosterone again, if you fail to do this, then the side effects will continue and could result in permanent shut down of your natural testosterone. This means you'll be spending the rest of your life visiting a hormone specialist and never being able to have kids.

You'll also need cycle assistance and a natty test booster if you haven't researched. Unless you want liver problems.
